I saw this site a few days ago and thought I would share it with everyone. The guy seems to understand PvP very well and most of these builds are aimed at 5vs5 tourneys, but with a few tweaks of your own they can work well in PvE!

Be sure to check out his "Captain Hammer" build for a great healing build! With the right gear you can heal 2000+ per shout!
