Hey folks,
Quick survey. First, I want to say that while a think of a number of us here at KT will be spending a lot of time in WvW (daily), I still want scheduled nights for those who are not out there a lot, and for some community member who may want to join us. I have more theories on this topic, your welcome to bug me sometime

So if you can respond to the question in the survey, as well as the following bullet points in respond, I would appreciate each and every one of you!

• What day(s) work best for you?
• What times work best for you on a given day (or specific to bullet above)

I just need a general pooling. This is in a public forum because I want community members to respond as well.

Your welcome to let me know of any lameness to these ideas, happy to hear.

I voted 2 nights a week, but I also think that should be brought to 1 if we find that we can start scheduling Arena/PvE nights as well.

Evenings after 6pm central work best for me, and all day on the weekends.

This is my general evenings schedule, eastern times
Su - differs-11:30
M - 6:30 or 7:30-11:30 depending which days I go to the gym
Tu - 6:30 or 7:30-11:30 depending which days I go to the gym
W - 9:30-11:30
Th - 6:30 or 7:30-11:30 depending which days I go to the gym
F - 6:30 or 7:30-whenever depending which days I go to the gym
Sa - differs-11:30

F, Sa only available 50% of the time as we often visit people or have people visit on weekends.

I would like to not have too many hard scheduled times. I did that with WoW raiding, and don't want to get sucked into that type of commitment again. I will be playing a ton, but I don't want to have to schedule my life around it. I would prefer adhoc games all the time whenever we have enough people, but I understand the need for some scheduled times so that we can have a planned critical mass.

Just a quick comment... I agree with his. And I hope to stay away from too many hard schedules for WvW because with he new found alliance, and just the folks here interested in WvW, I think anytime you want to hop out there and play with friends is always going to be possible (so no reason to jump on this hardcore with scheduled times).

day of the week does not mater to me for me, but the best time would probably be 6-8 pm central.

My schedule varies from time to time, but mostly I'm home about 6pm weeknights.
I crash out about 1145-1230

I am mostly free around 7-9 Central Time

Anytime passed 4pm Central time, except for Friday, is good for me. Friday I can do past 9pm

My availability is gonna crazy when this game releases. But my vote as far as scheduling would be one night for a hard schedule with sign ups. Then have a pick up night that people that want to play or just pop in for a bit and play with friends casually would be a good idea imo.

I am good Weekends 5-10pm anytime.

I think if I were to do WvW nights the best would be weekends. The only weekday I would be able to do WvW nights is Friday. So that's my two cents.

I have no regular schedule whatsoever so I probably will not be attending many of these, but in my opinion scheduled pvp nights should be kept to two at most. I voted two for now, but as Damarus said, WvW can be set to 1 night if a regular Arena PvP team can be assembled.

I'm not sure about PvE scheduling. It's been a while since I last played but I wonder if there even is enough endgame content to justify a steady PvE schedule. Doing dungeons below level 80 is kind of a waste of time imo, since you'll probably dispose of the gear quite quickly after getting it.

Obviously it is always possible to see if there are enough people to get some PvP going outside of these scheduled nights.

I'm glad you pointed this out. This is true for ANYTHING... just want to have a set time people that have real busy schedule can plan to (e.g., tell that crazy spouse to blow off for the night )

I set one night a week at 6pm central (7 eastern) on Saturdays as our WvW night.

Please let me know on here if that sucks, or as they come and go if you can't make it, and we can adjust / add days as needed.

That's actually really not a bad time for me if I'm not working that is.....Might be a bit early for west coast though.....?

Weekday evenings (after 6pm EST) and weekends work best for me. Preferably weekday's as weekend is usually wife time.

As a general rule, Sunday/Monday nights are the worst for me (start work at 6am EST Mon/Tue). That doesn't mean I won't join in- just means I'll be buggin' out early. Every other night is good. My workday is usually over by 4pm EST. I've already prepped the GF that there'll be nights that I have to lay the smackdown, and she's good with it.

Based on feedback, I moved the saturday session a couple hours earlier, and made a later night thursday session.

Let me know what you think, and lets see how it goes. I dont want to over schedule, so if 2 nights a week are too much, we can always change it.

The Saturday/Thursday schedule is fine with me. Pretty much any night can be adjusted to, I just need log between 9-10pm CST on Sun-Thur to get up early for work.

I like Thursday and Saturday as well. I am out of town Mon-Thursday every week but I get home in time Thursday to play.
